TB tests are good for four years. You can secure a TB test through the San Rafael Health Department or you may prefer to go to your own medical care facility. The San Rafael Health Department is located in room B-7, Post Office Building, 910 D Street. You need to take your TB test on Tuesday between the hours of 12 - 4 p.m. You must return on Friday of the same week between the hours of 12 - 4 p.m. to have the test read. If you have a child that is going to miss a day/days of school, please call the school office on 485-2440, or you can e-mail ghartsook@srcs.org with the name of your child, the reason for the absence and the date of the absence. Office Depot 5% back to Schools Program - Help our school get credit for Free Supplies! Our school will get credits equal to 5% of the qualifying purchases to use for free supplies. Labels for Education The Labels for Education program is a great way to get FREE merchandize for our school. Save Campbell soup labels. Check your child's Friday folder for information on this great program! Box Tops for Education This is another easy way to help Sun Valley School and all you have to do is clip and collect them. These bright pink box tops can be found on cereal boxes, cracker boxes, tissue boxes and even on toilet paper wrappers. Simply collect the Box Tops for Education and bring them to the school office, or to your child's teacher. Each box top is worth $.10 to the school.
